They repaired and painted my ceiling, took down wallpaper, and painted my great room. Every detail was taken care of, they were extremely competent, pleasant, and efficient. Jesus and Carlos even stayed late the last day to finish and clean up. I was impressed by their work ethic and professionalism.

I very much like to work with companies that are willing to work with their customer on a personal level, & when I find a company like that, I don’t let them go! We’ve used Socaz twice now for indoor paint projects & as far as I can tell, they’ve only gotten better. EVERYONE that I have dealt with personally has been outstandingly friendly, courteous, & professional. The quality of the work they carry out is top notch & when we found ourselves in an emergency drywall situation they worked hard to try to make sure we got it taken care of in a very short time span. When Socaz found that they were a bit short handed on the day they were set to begin our project (as can occur with any vendor), again they went above & beyond to make sure our schedule was honored. The people I’ve encountered seem to be incredibly hardworking, genuine, & honest. They seem to understand how stressful (and at times, foreboding) home projects can be & I think they really try to go out of their way to ensure that they are worth every cent you spend. I -will- be hiring Socaz for further projects.

Socaz painting responded immediately to our need for fresh paint on the ceilings of our home. We had a medical emergency which made it impossible for me to prep our home completely before they arrived. I left their team in charge of that project and headed to the hospital to care for a family member. When I was able to return in late afternoon, the hardwood floors were protected by thick plastic sheets, all of our personal belongings shielded with light weight plastic including plastic entry ways to protect the areas not being painted, ceiling fans and vents were removed to avoid paint splatter, and all property was secure during my absence. My trust in them was well placed. An oil based primer had to be used to cover the original ceiling which was not included in the original estimate but the results were well worth the add. We look forward to working with the Socaz team again in the near future for painting the kitchen cabinets. I would highly recommend the team that gave us perfect ceilings and made my day much easier with the kindness they extended to me on a very trying day.
