Torrance De Leon met me within a day of my calling him. I explained what I wanted – he sent me a written estimate the following evening. He also indicated that he had, on staff, a consultant that could help me with color selection if I needed that kind of help. I did meet the following day with Thomas, his consultant, and was extremely pleased with his suggestions. The painters began the following week. They were punctual each and every day. They were courteous and responsive to my needs as well as the project continued. The left the house neat and clean each day before they left. The quality of the work was excellent. I am extremely pleased at the outcome.

AWESOME! That’s how I feel after working with Torrance De Leon and Socaz Painting. The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous, the work was done quickly and professionally, and my finished rooms are spotless. The crew always showed up exactly on time and kept me informed every step of the way. They even installed the new window latches I had planned on installing myself — no detail is too small for them. I am an admitted perfectionist and would highly recommend Socaz painting.

After getting 3 bids I chose Socaz Painting to paint my 32 year old split level house exterior including deck and sheds. One coat and it looks great! They painted the entire house, detached shed, storage shed attached to the deck, foundation, and lattice. After a pressure wash and a coat it looks better than when I bought it! The deck looks almost like a continuation of my Brazilian Cherry hardwoods that go right up to the sliding glass door! I should have done this years ago! Thanks, Socaz Painting!

Replaced floor molding, smoothed out ceiling and removed popcorn ceiling in three rooms, painted all walls, trim surface, ceiling and woodwork. Replaced closet doors. Powerwashed exterior of home, driveway and deck as well as stone on covered porch. Excellent work! Excellent experience with friendly, courteous crew and great customer service by owners. Bid process, scheduling and prompt work completed on schedule. Willing to add more projects (ex. some carpentry and drywall needed to be done to complete painting). Highly recommend

The painter arrived 15 minutes early. He was very polite and professional. The paint looks great and all the edges are crisp and straight. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased the Big Deal coupon for 8 hours of interior trim painting. The painter arrived on time and was very professional. He painted almost all of the paint in my house in eight hours. He did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and price.

Crew removed popcorn ceiling from dinning room, living room, foyer and second floor hallway. They spackled areas in need, sealed the surfaces and applied 2 coats of paint. Crew did a great job in controlling dust from the popcorn removal and spacklling / sanding processes. The clean-up was very good and the job completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommned these guys. Socaz Painting was called and within a couple of days Torrance De Leon came by, measured the rooms and provided estimate. Crew arrived on time (9 AM), did walk through to confirm scope then layed protective tarps and hung plastic to protect the walls and control dust. Popcorn was stripped, debris removed and surface allowed to dry. Primer was appled to dinning room and living room ceilings while some spackling was required on the foyer and second floor hallway. On second day 2 coats of paint were applied to the living room ceiling. Foyer and second floor hallway were primer and 2 coats of paint applied. Final clean up was done by ~ 4 PM Friday and Torrance De Leon stopped by to inspect the job and finalize cost.
